Delivery

Farm Buyer Club and associated vendors aim to despatch orders within 3 to 5 working days of order receipt.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If not, or an item has arrived damaged, and you want to arrange a return, please see details below.

Damaged items

Please notify us at service@farmbuyerclub.com within 24 hours of receipt of the item with the following information:

• Name
• Order Number
• Photo of the damaged item
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at service@farmbuyerclub.com with the following information:

• Name
• Order Number
• Reason for return

We will send you further details on how to return your item. Please note all returns need to be notified within 7 days of the delivery date and must be returned in the same unused condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately delivery fees are non refundable and you will be required to pay for the return postage.
